Position: Head Barista / Coffee Lead

What we're looking for: We don’t need a barista who can just pour a nice latte. We need the soul of the cafe. The face of the place. The one who remembers the regulars names and their coffee order. We are looking for a master of precision and consistency. We need a leader who is passionate about coffee and ruthless about efficiency. You know beans, their origins, and their unique stories. You're not just serving a drink; you're serving a journey.

Your Job:

● The Coffee: Master the brewing process for our core menu. You will make the best damn coffee in Bengaluru. You will control the grind, the temperature, the pour, and the flavor with fanatical discipline. Train all front-of-house staff to understand the basics of our coffee program so they can speak to it with knowledge.

● The Floor: You will run the front of the house like a general runs a war. Clean, fast, and with zero ego. You'll manage the team, manage inventory for all coffee and related supplies with a no-waste mindset.

● The Vibe: You are responsible for the feeling of the place. The music, the cleanliness, the aroma. You will make sure every person who walks through our door feels it.

● The Grind: This isn't a 9-to-5. It's a commitment. We need someone who lives and breathes this. If you’re afraid of getting your hands dirty, don’t apply.

We are not looking for: A coffee "artist." A manager who just delegates. Someone who can't handle a rush.

Salary: Market standard.
