What we're looking for: We don't need a server. We need an all-rounder. Someone who can take an order, clear a table, tell a story, and handle a problem with a smile. We need someone who’s not afraid to get their hands dirty. You are the frontline.

Your Job:

● The Customer: Your job is to make people feel welcome. To remember them. To listen to them. You are our first and last impression.

● The Team: You will support the head barista and the head cook. You will wash dishes when it's slow. You will mop the floor. You will carry crates. You do what needs to be done. There is no 'that's not my job' here.

● The Ethos: You will know our story. You will know why we do what we do. You are not just serving food; you are hosting an experience. You know the menu, you know the stories, and you can make a customer feel like they’re the only person in the room.

We are not looking for: Someone who just wants tips. Someone with an attitude. Someone who thinks they are too good for a task.

Salary: Market standard + tips from customers.
