Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Service Captain to lead our restaurant service team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a passion for creating a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide service staff during shifts
• Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams
• Maintain high standards of service quality and hygiene
• Handle guest complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage table reservations, seating, and order flow efficiently
• Monitor staff performance and assist in training new team members
• Ensure timely setup and closing of the restaurant floor

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Service Captain or Senior Waiter preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Good understanding of restaurant operations and service standards
• Ability to handle pressure during peak hours
• Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
