Job Title: Hygiene Supervisor Location: Hungry Mrinal Restaurant, Edappally, Kochi Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month Experience Required: Minimum 2 years Language Requirement: Must be fluent in Malayalam and Hindi Qualification: Relevant qualifications required Benefits: Food, accommodation, and uniform will be provided Job Responsibilities: Supervise and maintain hygiene standards across all areas of the restaurant Ensure daily cleaning and sanitation protocols are strictly followed Train, monitor, and coordinate with cleaning and housekeeping staff Conduct regular hygiene inspections and maintain hygiene records Report and resolve hygiene-related issues promptly Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Rotational shift Work Location: In person
