  • Staff Management:

  • Financial and Inventory Management:
  • Manage budgets and control costs to maximize profitability.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders with suppliers.
  • Track sales and analyze performance metrics.
  • Operations and Compliance:
  • Oversee daily front- and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth service.
  • Maintain high standards for food quality and safety.
  • Ensure the restaurant complies with all health, safety, and labor regulations.
  • Customer Service:
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and feedback professionally.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction to build loyalty.
  • Strategy and Planning:
  • Implement strategies to improve sales and address negative trends.
  • Develop marketing and promotional plans for the restaurant.
  • Collaborate with management or ownership on business goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
