As a Restaurant Manager at The Cape Goa, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our restaurant operations. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic individual with a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. Your responsibilities will include managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving the financial performance of the restaurant. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest experiences. - Lead and manage both front-of-house and back-of-house teams by providing guidance, support, and training. - Develop and implement service standards, policies, and procedures to maintain excellence. - Monitor and manage budgets, revenue, and expenses to ensure profitability. - Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. - Collaborate with the Executive Chef to enhance menu offerings and dining experiences. - Assist the social media team in developing marketing and promotional strategies for restaurant growth. - Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and efficiency. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability. - Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in restaurant software systems for reservations, POS, and inventory management. - In-depth knowledge of food and beverage service standards and industry trends. - A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience is preferred. - A minimum three-year commitment is required. Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive salary package based on experience. - Accommodation and meals provided. - Monthly remuneration bonus based on a percentage of the service charge collected, contingent on achieving sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency targets.
