Should Have experience to run multiple outlate of restaurant, should have experience of QSR. 1. Operations ManagementOversee daily restaurant operations smoothly. Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintained. Coordinate kitchen and service staff for timely order delivery. ๐Ÿ‘ฅ 2. Staff ManagementHire, train, and supervise restaurant staff. Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance. Conduct regular performance evaluations. ๐Ÿ’ฐ 3. Financial OversightManage budgets, sales reports, and daily cash flow. Control food and labor costs. Monitor inventory and place orders as needed. ๐Ÿ›Ž๏ธ 4. Customer ServiceHandle guest complaints and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain high standards of hospitality and service. Engage with customers to build relationships and loyalty. ๐Ÿ“Š 5. Marketing & PromotionImplement promotional campaigns to boost sales. Collaborate with marketing teams or vendors for events and offers. ๐Ÿ“‹ 6.
