Job Title: Restaurant Manager Location: IIT - Hyderabad, Kandi Type: Full-time Experience: 3+ years in restaurant management (preferably in South Indian or vegetarian cuisine) Reporting To: Operations Head About Us: We are a growing chain of South Indian pure vegetarian restaurants dedicated to serving authentic, high-quality meals with exceptional service. Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, maintain high service standards, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for leading the team, maintaining food quality, and driving profitability while preserving the cultural and traditional ethos of South Indian vegetarian cuisine. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning of all shifts Ensure authentic food quality and hygiene standards as per company SOPs Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations Monitor inventory, stock levels, and supplier relationships Implement cost control measures to maintain profitability Handle customer feedback, complaints, and special requests with professionalism Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations Drive local marketing initiatives and community engagement Work with kitchen and service staff to deliver a consistent guest experience Prepare and analyze sales reports, labor costs, and monthly performance metrics Maintain a clean, positive, and culturally respectful dining environment Requirements: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager Strong knowledge of South Indian cuisine and vegetarian food preferences Leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage a team Strong customer service and communication skills Understanding of food cost control, inventory, and basic accounting Proficient in POS systems and restaurant management software High level of integrity, discipline, and attention to detail Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Fluent in English and any South Indian language (preferred) Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality / Business Administration (preferred Benefits: Competitive salary with performance incentives Meals and staff discounts Opportunities for growth within the chain Training and development programs Friendly, culturally-rich work environment How to Apply: Please send your resume and a brief cover letter to [Insert Email Address] with the subject line: “Application for Restaurant Manager – [Your Name]”
