Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, maintain high service standards, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for leading the team, maintaining food quality, and driving profitability while preserving the cultural and traditional ethos of South Indian vegetarian cuisine.
