Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. The role involves managing staff, maintaining service standards, monitoring food cost, and ensuring smooth operations to deliver an excellent dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise staff, assign duties, and maintain discipline and service standards.
  • Monitor and control food cost, wastage, and inventory.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure food quality, hygiene, and timely service.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
  • Assist in budgeting, cost control, and reporting.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma/Degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
  • Strong knowledge of food cost control and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
