Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager located in Khliehriat, Meghalaya . The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, including managing customer satisfaction and service, hiring and training staff, and ensuring smooth Food & Beverage service. Responsibilities also include maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene, managing budgets and finances, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Experience in Hiring and Training staff
• Effective Communication and Leadership skills
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage management and operations.
• Knowledge in PNL preparation.
• Ability to manage budgets and financial planning
• Understanding of health and safety regulations
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role in the QSR or Food Retail Business (FRB) sector is preferred
