Restaurant Manager

As a Restaurant Manager at Barefoot Hide A Way Grill in Panama City Beach, FL, you will play a crucial role in leading the operations of our beachside restaurant. We are looking for an individual with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service, coupled with strong leadership skills and experience in restaurant management. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the daily operations of both the front and back-of-house, ensuring high service standards are maintained at all times. You will be responsible for leading, training, and scheduling restaurant staff, as well as maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining atmosphere. Handling guest feedback and resolving service issues professionally will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will be in charge of managing inventory, ordering, and cost control, as well as operating and troubleshooting POS systems. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and food sanitation regulations, and opening and closing the restaurant as needed are also key aspects of this position. The ideal candidate for this role should have prior experience in restaurant management, possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, and be able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays. Knowledge of food safety standards and proficiency in POS systems, particularly Aloha, would be advantageous.
