Restaurant Manager

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Floor Manager to oversee day-to-day floor operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead and manage our Outlets in Kerala. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management, with a preference for Hindi-speaking professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Skills

You will need to have:

● excellent interpersonal skills for diplomatically handling staff and

customers

Requirements:

● Hotel Management qualification (preferred).

● Proficiency in Hindi is highly desirable.

● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

● Strong leadership and motivational abilities.

● Awareness of business operations and cost control for optimal

performance.

● Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

● Flexibility and a hands-on approach to daily operations.

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Restaurant: 1 years (Preferred)
