• Ensure efficient inventory management and smooth operational workflows.
• Monitor and maintain quality standards for coffee preparation and service.
• Implement company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines effectively.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in the coffee industry is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability in team leadership and management.
• Deep passion for coffee with good knowledge of coffee varieties, preparation methods, and industry trends.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
