Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Excellence:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.
• Implement and monitor SOPs to maintain consistency and efficiency.

• Team Leadership:

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of crew members and shift leaders.
• Foster a positive work environment and ensure team motivation and performance.

• Customer Experience:

• Monitor and improve

  Net Promoter Score (NPS)

  by addressing customer feedback and enhancing service delivery.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.

• Financial Management:

• Full ownership of

  P&L

  including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue growth.
• Analyze financial reports and take corrective actions to meet profitability targets.

• Inventory & Compliance:

• Manage inventory levels, ordering, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food regulations.

• Marketing & Promotions:

• Support local marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to drive footfall and sales.

Key Requirements:

• 4 to 8 years of experience in the

  QSR or Food & Beverage industry

  , with at least 2 years in a managerial role ARM/RM.
• Strong understanding of

  Net Promoter Score (NPS)

  and its impact on customer loyalty.
• Proven experience in

  end-to-end P&L management

  .
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
