Role Overview: We are hiring a Restaurant Captain who will act as the bridge between the customers and our service team. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and guide stewards & service staff. Welcome guests and ensure excellent customer service. Take and manage food & beverage orders efficiently. Handle guest queries and resolve concerns professionally. Ensure smooth restaurant operations during your shift. Maintain hygiene and service standards.
