Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and guide stewards and service staff in day-to-day operations. Greet guests warmly, allocate tables, and ensure they have a seamless dining experience. Take food and beverage orders, ensure accuracy, and coordinate with kitchen/bar for timely delivery. Maintain service quality standards and handle guest complaints or requests professionally. Assist the Restaurant Manager in training staff and conducting pre-shift briefings. Ensure proper table setups, cleanliness, and hygiene of service areas. Monitor inventory of cutlery, crockery, glassware, and report shortages. Assist in upselling menu items, promoting specials, and achieving sales targets. Maintain proper records of guest feedback and suggest improvements in service.
