Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and ensure exceptional dining service. Supervise wait staff, allocate tables, and coordinate service flow for smooth operations. Liaise between the kitchen and service team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. Promote upselling by recommending dishes, beverages, and special offers to increase revenue. Train and mentor new staff on service standards, menu knowledge, and customer handling. Handle guest complaints with professionalism, resolving issues to maintain customer satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience as a restaurant captain or in a supervisory service role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused attitude. In-depth knowledge of menu items, food pairing, and service etiquette. Ability to lead, motivate, and train a service team effectively. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
