Join the team and start your journey today! **Key Responsibilities:** **Workforce Management** - Work with delivery managers to ensure effective project prioritization, shared resource allocation, and risk management. - Assign shared resources to projects based on skills, availability, and business needs while optimizing workforce productivity. - Identify resource conflicts and reallocate staff as needed to meet shifting project needs and priorities. - Maintain an updated database of resource availability, skills, and capacity for balanced workloads and prevent under/overutilization. **Resource Planning & Allocation** - Align resource allocation with project timelines and priorities in collaboration with delivery managers. - Analyze resource demand, project pipeline, and capacity trends to plan resource availability and provide forecasts to leadership. **Process Adherence and Reporting** - Ensure adherence to processes and usage of appropriate project/resource management tools for tracking allocation, performance, and report generation. - Timely reporting to all stakeholders. **Recruitment Support** - Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to identify resource gaps and support workforce planning initiatives. **Continuous Improvement** - Participate in organizational initiatives to observe and suggest process improvements, new tools, trends, and methodologies for enhancing efficiency, adaptability, and effectiveness in resource management. **Our Commitment to Our People:** United by a singular Purpose of sustainability, your focus is on a sustainable future for generations to come.
