Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurgaon for a Residential Real Estate Sales Specialist. The individual will be responsible for managing sales activities, negotiating contracts, providing exceptional customer service, and staying updated with the residential real estate market. Daily tasks include prospecting clients, conducting property viewings, and closing sales deals efficiently.

• Handle leasing enquiries and maintain property listings.
• Conduct client site visits in premium areas.
• Negotiate and professionally close deals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Operate in high-demand real estate zones across Gurgaon.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in leasing/sales (residential or commercial).
• Excellent client handling and deal-closing skills.
• Knowledge of Gurgaon's real estate market.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate Sales and Residential Real Estate
• Skills in Contract Negotiation
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the Gurgaon real estate market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
