Provide technical guidance and support to the MEP team, including reviewing designs and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Manage the procurement process for MEP equipment and materials, including preparing specifications, evaluating bids, and selecting vendors. Monitor and manage the performance of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation of MEP systems. Supervise the installation testing and commissioning of MEP systems on-site, ensuring work is completed according to specifications and schedule Coordinate with the project management team to ensure smooth integration of MEP systems with other construction activities. Provide regular updates to the project management team on the progress & financial reports of MEP works, including any issues or risks. Ensure that all MEP activities comply with health and safety regulations. Promote a culture of safety within the MEP team and among subcontractors. Preferred candidate B-tech must have 8 to 10 years of experience. Excelllent problem solving skills.
