The role involves preparing detailed drawings, conducting design calculations , ensuring compliance with relevant codes, and coordinating with architects, structural engineers, and site execution teams to deliver high-quality and cost-effective MEP solutions, Seeking for the candidates who can attend face to face round interviews . 1. Design & Drafting Prepare and develop detailed MEP system designs (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting) for high-rise buildings. Review and verify Method Statements, ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), and checklists. Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and consultants for inspections and approvals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, preparing quantity take-offs, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring cost-effective solutions throughout the project lifecycle. Seeking for the candidates who can attend face to face interviews. Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed quantity take-offs from drawings, specifications, and BOQs. Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress measurements and quantity tracking at site. Assist in preparing cost estimates, rate analysis, and budget forecasts . Verify subcontractor bills, vendor invoices, and certify work quantities executed at site. Ensure compliance with project cost control procedures , commercial terms, and contract conditions. Coordinate closely with site engineers, planning, procurement, and project managers . Evaluate and monitor material consumption and reconcile material usage.
