Role & responsibilities Billing Management : Oversee and manage the entire billing process for MEP components of construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with the contract terms specific to industrial requirements. Cost Estimation : Prepare detailed cost estimates for MEP systems, encompassing materials, labor, and equipment costs, specific to each phase of industrial construction projects. Quantity Surveying : Conduct precise quantity take-offs for MEP components and verify quantities against budgets and actual construction on-site. Contract Administration : Assist in the preparation and management of contracts related to MEP works, ensuring they comply with industry standards and project requirements. Documentation and Reporting : Maintain comprehensive records of project documents, billing transactions, and financial reports to ensure transparent project tracking and auditing. Coordination with Project Teams : Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to align billing processes with project schedules and objectives. Software Proficiency : Auto-CAD, Revit MEP, MS-Office Review of tender BOQ received from Consultant for MEPF services and release the same for procurement
