Job Summary:

Domestic Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end business development activities in the domestic staffing and recruitment space.
• Identify, acquire, and onboard new clients for recruitment and consulting services.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure consistent delivery and high performance.
• Understand client requirements and align internal resources to meet hiring needs effectively.
• Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across client organizations.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
• Track market trends and competitor activity to strategically position our offerings.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, or a related field (master’s preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in domestic B2B business development and recruitment, preferably in the staffing industry.
• Proven experience in team leadership and account management.
• Strong network of domestic clients in the IT and Non-IT sectors is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a target-driven environment.
