Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based PAN INDIA for a Resident Construction Manager (RCM)- Insulation. The RCM will oversee insulation projects, including planning, budgeting, and managing construction safety protocols. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating with clients and contractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining project control. The RCM will also handle project documentation and reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and Construction experience
• Project Control and Budgeting skills
• Knowledge of Construction Safety protocols
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Experience in insulation services is a plus
• Proficient in project management software
