Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Resident Construction Manager (RCM) specializing in insulation. The RCM will oversee and manage insulation projects, ensuring timely and quality completion. Responsibilities include supervising and coordinating project activities, managing budgets, ensuring adherence to construction safety standards, and maintaining project control. The RCM will work closely with teams to achieve project objectives and meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership and task delegation
• Experience in budgeting and cost management
• Knowledge of construction safety practices and compliance with safety regulations
• Experience in construction processes and project management
• Proficiency in project control, including scheduling and progress tracking
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience 7 to 10 in insulation projects is highly advantageous.
