Reservations Agent

Role Overview: As a Reservation Agent, your role will involve being knowledgeable about all hotel facilities, services, room layouts, rates, and availability. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to tour operators, travel agencies, and hotel guests. Key Responsibilities: - Be knowledgeable about all hotel facilities/services, hours of operation, room layouts, rates, and promotions. - Provide customer services to local tour operators and travel agencies in a friendly and expedient manner. - Communicate effectively with all guests and colleagues. - Monitor and maintain guest satisfaction by ensuring all guest requests are carried out, realistic expectations are met, and reservations are honored. - Offer alternative dates, waitlists, or sister hotels to guests in overbooked situations.
