Job Description

As a Sales Executive at Tripli Hotels in Udaipur, you will play a vital role in driving sales through direct guest interactions, developing B2B partnerships, and achieving monthly sales targets. Your responsibilities will include: - Engaging with potential guests, understanding their requirements, and closing bookings. - Preparing and sharing quotations, conducting timely follow-ups to convert leads into confirmed bookings. - Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy goals. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with B2B agents to generate business opportunities. - Consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets while ensuring a positive guest experience. - Working closely with the reservations and operations teams to ensure seamless coordination. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Graduation degree (any stream). - Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Proven track record in sales with the ability to achieve and exceed targets. - Experience in customer relationship management. - Familiarity with the hospitality industry will be an added advantage. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. - Willingness to work on-site in Udaipur.,
