Job Title: Reservation Executive – Boutique Resort
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservation Executive to manage guest bookings and reservations at our boutique resort. The role involves handling inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, providing accurate information about availability, packages, and services, and ensuring seamless reservation experiences. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and process guest reservations.
· Respond promptly to guest inquiries and provide resort information.
· Maintain accurate booking records and coordinate with operations team.
· Upsell resort services, packages, and experiences.
· Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and service.
Qualifications:
· Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in reservations/front office/hospitality.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
