Reservation Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservation Executive located in Chennai. The Reservation Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day reservations, handling customer inquiries, processing bookings, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will utilize IHG One Rewards and other reservation systems to facilitate guest bookings and provide exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience in hospitality or reservation management
• Proficiency in reservation systems and software
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
