Reservation Executive

We are looking for a smart and enthusiastic Reservation Executive to handle booking inquiries, process reservations efficiently, and provide excellent customer service. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring smooth reservation procedures and a positive guest experience.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in English and local language.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
• Pleasant personality with good customer service skills.
• Ability to handle calls, emails, and multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and online booking inquiries.
• Process reservations accurately in the system and update booking details.
• Coordinate with the front office and other departments for smooth check-ins and check-outs.
• Provide information about room availability, rates, packages, and services.
• Handle reservation modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
• Maintain clear and up-to-date records of all bookings.
• Assist guests with queries in a friendly and professional manner.
• Promote offers and upsell services whenever possible.
• Follow company policies and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
