Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reservation Executive based in Ahmedabad. Responsibilities include handling guest reservations, managing booking inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Reservation Executive will also address customer queries, assist with sales efforts, and maintain accurate records of reservations. Providing effective communication and upholding high customer service standards are core aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in providing excellent customer service and maintaining customer satisfaction
• Knowledge of handling hotel reservations and managing booking systems
• Motivation and skills in sales and up-selling services
• Proficiency in using reservation or property management software is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
