Reservation Executive

Ltd. is a leading provider of luxury travel experiences, specializing in yacht charters, private jets, helicopter rides, and air ambulance services. We are looking for a Reservation Executive to join our dynamic team and provide excellent booking and customer support services. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and online platforms. Process reservations for yachts, private jets, helicopters, and other services. Coordinate with operations and sales teams to ensure smooth booking execution. Maintain accurate records of reservations and payments. Provide information about pricing, availability, and services to customers. Assist clients with changes, cancellations, and special requests. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and professional service. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality/Tourism background preferred). 0–2 years of experience in reservations, travel, or hospitality industry (freshers may also apply). Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and reservation software/CRM tools (preferred). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. What We Offer: Competitive salary (₹12,000 – ₹15,000 in-hand depending on experience). Performance-based incentives.
