About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on assigned topics.
• Collect and analyze data from primary and secondary sources.
• Draft reports, summaries, briefs, and presentations.
• Assist in designing surveys, questionnaires, and research frameworks.
• Maintain proper documentation and reference records.
• Support senior researchers in project planning and execution.
• Review literature, articles, and existing studies for insights.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and reasoning abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to conduct efficient online and offline research.
• Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Genuine interest in research work (must).

Eligibility

• Master’s degree in Humanities or Commerce (any stream).
• Freshers with strong research interest are welcome.

• Candidates looking for teaching jobs should NOT apply.

• Only those who want to pursue a long-term career in research are preferred.

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Familiarity with research methodologies.
• Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SPSS, Sheets).
• Prior internship or academic project in research.
