Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position in Jodhpur for a Research Scientist specializing in Inorganic Crystal and Semiconductor Devices. The role involves conducting advanced research and development activities in the creation and optimization of crystals and semiconductor materials. Daily tasks include material synthesis, experimental design, data analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and preparing technical reports. The position contributes to cutting-edge projects in alignment with the organization's defense and space-related objectives.

Qualifications

• Ph.D in Physics / Material Science / Chemistry / Electrical / Electronics.(Mandatory)
• At least one research paper in Peer Reviewed International Journal in the area of Semiconductor Devices and their associated electronics or crystal growth/crystal processing through melt growth method.(Mandatory)
• Salary upto 8 LPA only.
• Expertise in Inorganic Chemistry, Materials Science, or Solid-State Physics
• Experience in crystal synthesis, semiconductor materials, and device fabrication
• Knowledge of research and analytical tools, data analysis, and problem-solving in scientific projects
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication, with the ability to prepare detailed technical documentation
• Effective collaboration skills and ability to work in cross-disciplinary teams
• Prior background in defense, space technology, or a related industry is an advantage
