across various formats.
Hands-on experience with
emulsions, gels, polymers, and novel delivery systems

Innovation & Technology Scouting

Identify and evaluate
new technologies and green ingredients

Translate innovations into
differentiated, high-performing product concepts

Team Leadership

Manage, mentor, and guide a team of
formulation scientists

Ensure adherence to
timelines, quality standards, and technical excellence

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with
Regulatory, Packaging, Procurement, Marketing, and Manufacturing teams
to deliver commercially viable products.

Technology Transfer

Oversee
lab-to-plant scale-up
and ensure successful implementation.

Documentation & Compliance

Maintain precise
trial reports, stability data, specifications, and formulation records
.

Sustainability Focus

Champion
eco-friendly formulations, sustainable sourcing, and biodegradable ingredients
.
Balance innovation with
cost-effectiveness and scalability
.
