Research Manager

**Job Description:** As a Research Analyst in this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive and accurate research to create deliverables for internal clients. This includes creating various reports such as company profiles, comparable and precedent transaction analyses, financial benchmarking, company and industry analysis reports, newsletters, and earning summaries. Your role will also involve analyzing specific company business operations, financial operations, and operational KPIs, as well as researching industry and market overviews. You must possess a thorough understanding of advanced modeling principles and be able to construct or maintain financial models. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conducting comprehensive and accurate research to create various reports for internal clients. - Analyzing specific company business operations, financial operations, and operational KPIs. - Researching industry and market overviews. - Possessing a thorough understanding of advanced modeling principles and constructing or maintaining financial models. - Identifying opportunities for process efficiencies and automation in business research and analytics. **Qualifications Required:** - Relevant experience in multi-sector information research and preferably in Investment Banking or financial services. - Experience with databases such as S&P Capital IQ, Bloomberg, Refinitiv, etc. - Strong business/Finance/accounting acumen with an understanding of financial modeling and ratios. - Project Management skills with exceptional time management and organizational abilities. - Experience in training, quality checking, and guiding juniors in the team. - Client-focused with the ability to anticipate needs, manage priorities, and cooperate effectively to achieve objectives. - Excellent communication skills, able to synthesize large volumes of information and articulate complex ideas clearly. - Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint. - MBA or a master's degree in finance with experience in building and delivering analytical products for Investment Banking and financial services firms. **Additional Details:** - The working hours for this role are from 1 pm to 10 pm. - Stand out if you have experience with VBA, UiPATH, or other automation tools. - Stand out if you have experience with AI prompting or the use of GenAI tools in a business environment.
