Research Manager

As a Research Manager at MDRA, you will be responsible for leading and executing custom market research projects, managing client relationships, and delivering valuable insights and solutions. You will report to the Project Director and work from our office in New Delhi. **Key Responsibilities:** - Take ownership of end-to-end project management, ensuring projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and budget. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to design research methodologies tailored to address client objectives. - Oversee data collection and analysis activities to provide actionable insights. - Build and maintain strong client relationships, deliver insightful research outputs, and prepare proposals. - Work closely with research teams and stakeholders to coordinate activities and share insights. - Execute ad-hoc/custom research studies, prepare detailed reports, and ensure quality control. - Stay updated with market trends and advancements in research methodologies. **Qualifications:** - MBA/MBE/PGDBM or P.G. in Statistics/Economics/Social Sciences/Masters in Psychology. - Minimum 6-10 years of experience in Market Research/Consumer Insights.
