Research Engineer

As a Process Research Scientist at our company, you will play a crucial role in scaling up production processes and optimizing manufacturing efficiency. With a PhD in Chemical Engineering, you will leverage your expertise to collaborate closely with process teams. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting process-related issues, implementing effective solutions, and scaling up new products and processes in plants. Utilizing statistical methods, you will analyze process data to drive improvements and innovations. Ensuring global adherence to safety communication and protocols, you will foster a productive and innovative environment through collaboration with process teams. You will demonstrate agility in adapting to new challenges and environments, traveling frequently both within India and abroad to oversee and support plant operations. Spending significant time on-site at manufacturing plants, you will ensure smooth process implementation and operation. The ideal candidate for this role holds a PhD or ME MTECH in Chemical Engineering or Material Science, along with 2-5 years of relevant experience in the construction materials industry or a related field. You should have a strong understanding of process scale-up and optimization techniques, proficiency in statistical analysis, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential, along with a willingness to travel frequently and spend time at plant locations. Preferred skills for this position include experience in the construction materials space, familiarity with process engineering software and tools, and the ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple tasks.,
