Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification:

  Ph.D. in a relevant discipline from a recognized institution.

• Experience:

  Minimum 15 years in academics/research, with at least 5 years in a senior research leadership role.
• Proven track record of high-quality publications, patents, or funded research projects.
• Strong leadership, networking, and grant-writing skills.
