About the Opportunity:

The Research & Business Initiatives function collaborates with business unit leaders to undertake a diverse array of tasks, including exploring new business opportunities, identifying growth avenues, driving marketing initiatives, and measuring customer experience. This also involves conducting research assignments, primarily using secondary information sources.

What you will be doing:

  • Conducting comprehensive market research from a business perspective, focusing on strategic elements such as market understanding, competitor benchmarking, digital strategy, operations strategy amongst others
  • Applying strategic research and business planning to support expansion initiatives, account planning, market expansion, capability expansion for business growth.
  • Serving as the primary liaison from Business Unit standpoint for Industry recognition, data analysis & insights generations
  • Leveraging structured feedback and surveys to analyze and develop business insights for enhancing customer experience by deriving, generating, and creating insights aimed at improving and elevating customer experience
  • Developing business collaterals to support strategic objectives such as business growth, customer experience, marketing initiatives, and operations management
  • Partnering & collaboration with business leaders to drive projects/project management with respect to business initiatives and operational enabler

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Postgraduate/Graduate degree with minimum 12 years of experience
  • 8-12 years of experience in in the Insurance domain
  • Project Management Certification would be preferable
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office products, especially Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
