The primary objective of the project is to develop and implement, a first-of-its-kind district-level roadmap on circular and inclusive green economy to address the circularity gap in the identified priority sectors within the Angul district, leading to sustainable development and efficient resource use. The project aims to prepare a robust framework and a comprehensive action plan for implementing circular economy principles, with demonstrable pilot projects and capacity building through stakeholder consultations, outreach and communication in the Angul district.
A few years of experience in Circular economy implementation, LCA, waste management, etc., will be useful Overall experience in metals, steel slag processing, aluminium waste, and waste-to-resource technologies, Life cycle analysis (LCA), EIA, ESG, environmental policy, regulatory frameworks, government engagement, and
regulatory compliance, impact assessment, data analysis,
and results-based management. M&E framework design, data collection, and impact measurement.
