Job Title: 360 Recruitment Consultant - (Sales & Business Development)

Location: Indore

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment:

  Manage full recruitment cycle including client engagement, candidate sourcing, interviewing, shortlisting, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

• Business Development:

  Identify, engage, and secure new clients to build a strong and diverse portfolio.

• Client Relationship Management:

  Develop and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers and HR teams to understand recruitment needs.

• Candidate Pipeline:

  Build and nurture a robust pipeline of candidates through various sourcing methods-LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and database.

• Market Research:

  Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to advise clients and candidates effectively.

• Target Achievement:

  Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs and revenue targets.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with internal teams and regional offices to share market insights and candidate data.

• Compliance & Reporting:

  Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and local labor laws maintain accurate records in ATS and CRM systems.

• Continuous Learning:

  Participate in training programs and professional development initiatives to enhance recruitment and sales skills.
