Research And Development Manager

You will be responsible for researching, planning, and implementing new programs and protocols within your company or organization, as well as overseeing the development of new products. Your role will involve overseeing the entire development process of new products and programs, from the initial planning phase to implementation or production. It will be your duty to keep track of all costs related to the creation of new products and decide which ideas are worth pursuing. You will also need to stay informed about the latest developments in the Research and Development field to ensure that your company remains up to date and current with the most advanced R&D developments. As a Head, you will have important managerial and administrative responsibilities and may be in charge of overseeing employees. This includes supervising the Quality Control functions and activities of a project, including inspection schedules and the collection of Quality Records. You will assess the implementation of the Quality Plan and Quality Control Plans on-site and allocate Quality Control personnel to various areas of site activity. Your duties will also involve preparing and updating quality documentation based on recognized standards such as ISO 9000 Quality Management. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with internal, external, and international rules and regulations related to manufacturing, selling, and shipping goods. Furthermore, you will supervise teams of Chemists who conduct detailed assessments of products and their components at different stages of production. It will be your responsibility to ensure the proper functioning and management of the QA/QC/R&D Departments within the organization. Additionally, you will be expected to perform any other work assigned by Management from time to time.,
