This is a full-time on-site role for a Research And Development Manager at MasterChow in New Delhi. As the R&D Manager, you will be responsible for leading research projects, managing teams, overseeing project timelines, and providing team leadership to drive innovation and product development. Your key responsibilities will include utilizing your Research and Development (R&D), Research, and Project Management skills to lead research teams, manage projects, and ensure timely delivery of outcomes. Your Team Management and Team Leadership abilities will be crucial in fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Roles and Responsibilities: ? Develop and execute content for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Threads, LinkedIn, X/Twitter) and advertising campaigns. ? Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and community engagement across Instagram and YouTube. ? Coordinate, negotiate, and maintain relationships with influencers for brand collaborations. ? Write engaging scripts, captions, and copy for posts, videos, and ad creatives. ? Ideate and execute social media launch campaigns aligned with brand objectives. ? Stay updated with social media trends and integrate them into content strategy. ? Support the execution of brand collaborations and partnerships. ? Ensure brand voice, messaging, and aesthetics are consistent across platforms. Requirements: ? 3+ years of relevant experience in social media management/content creation. ? Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). ? Good communication skills for engaging with audiences and influencer negotiations. ?
