Job Summary: OAN INDUSTRIES LIMITED is seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Marketing Manager to develop and execute our international marketing strategy for our range of chemicals for fertilizer products. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, regulatory affairs, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of international marketing initiatives. Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Continuously monitor industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive activities within the global fertilizer market. Qualifications: B.tech/B.sc/M.Sc in Chemical Engineering or MBA in Marketing or a related field Minimum of3-6 years of progressive experience in international marketing, preferably within the chemical fertilizer or agricultural industry. Proven track record of developing and successfully implementing international marketing strategies that have driven growth and achieved measurable results. Strong understanding of the global agricultural sector, fertilizer market dynamics, and key international markets. Excellent knowledge of various marketing channels, both traditional and digital, and their application in international contexts. Experience in managing international distributors, agents, and partnerships. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable marketing strategies. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with diverse cultural backgrounds. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in additional languages relevant to key target markets is highly desirable. Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
