Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end NPD lifecyclefrom idea generation, prototyping, and trials to commercialization.

• Conduct feasibility analysis and optimize product formulations.

• Ensure all new products meet regulatory and safety standards.

• Explore emerging trends, technologies, and raw materials across the chemical and agri-input sectors.

• Initiate and lead R&D projects for innovative product formulations.

• Collaborate with academic and industry partners to foster external innovation.

• Coordinate with production, marketing, and QA teams to ensure smooth product scale-up and launch.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting during manufacturing.

• Manage multiple R&D projects with clear timelines and budgets.

• Present insights, reports, and project updates to senior stakeholders.

• Mentor and guide junior R&D team members, nurturing a culture of continuous improvement.
