Job Summary: OAN INDUSTRIES LIMITED is seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Marketing Manager to develop and execute our international marketing strategy for our range of chemicals for fertilizer products. This pivotal role will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on opportunities in global markets, building brand awareness, driving demand, and achieving sales targets in alignment with the company's overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the agricultural sector, particularly the fertilizer market, coupled with proven experience in developing and implementing successful international marketing campaigns. Responsibilities: Develop and Implement International Marketing Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive international marketing plan encompassing market research, competitive analysis, target market identification, product positioning, pricing strategies, promotional activities, and distribution channel development. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify key trends, customer needs, competitive landscape, regulatory requirements, and potential growth opportunities in target international markets. Brand Building and Positioning: Develop and maintain a consistent global brand identity and messaging that resonates with diverse international audiences. Ensure effective communication of product benefits and value propositions. Develop and Manage Marketing Campaigns: Plan, implement, and track integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing (SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing), trade shows, industry events, print materials, and public relations. Channel Management: Collaborate with international distributors, agents, and partners to develop effective marketing programs and ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track key marketing metrics, analyse campaign performance, and provide regular reports on progress, challenges, and recommendations for optimization. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, regulatory affairs, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of international marketing initiatives. Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Continuously monitor industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive activities within the global fertilizer market. Compliance and Regulations: Ensure all international marketing activities comply with relevant local regulations and ethical guidelines. Travel: Willingness to travel internationally as required to meet with partners, attend industry events, and conduct market research. Qualifications: B.tech/B.sc/M.Sc in Chemical Engineering or MBA in Marketing or a related field Minimum of3-6 years of progressive experience in international marketing, preferably within the chemical fertilizer or agricultural industry. Proven track record of developing and successfully implementing international marketing strategies that have driven growth and achieved measurable results. Strong understanding of the global agricultural sector, fertilizer market dynamics, and key international markets. Excellent knowledge of various marketing channels, both traditional and digital, and their application in international contexts. Experience in managing international distributors, agents, and partnerships. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable marketing strategies. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with diverse cultural backgrounds. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in additional languages relevant to key target markets is highly desirable. Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a global team. Preferred Qualifications: Experience launching new products in international markets. Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures. Familiarity with sustainable agriculture practices and the role of fertilizers in sustainable crop production.
