Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Abroad for a Chief Research and development Officer. The Chief Research Officer will oversee the organization's research initiatives, develop and execute strategic research plans, and lead research projects aligned with the company's goals. Responsibilities also include creating and implementing innovative strategies, managing projects effectively, and conducting training programs. The role involves analyzing industry trends, contributing insights to improve offerings, and ensuring high standards in clinical and strategic research outcomes.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive research skills, with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data effectively
• Proficiency in Strategic Planning and Project Management to lead and execute company-wide initiatives and programs
• Experience in Training, with a strong ability to mentor and guide team members
• In-depth knowledge and experience in Clinical Research
• Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Advanced degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Research, or equivalent
• Previous experience in the immigration or consultancy industry is an advantage
