Role Overview: As a Research Analyst for the Homes & Buildings Industry at Frost & Sullivan, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of Growth Opportunity Analytics service deliverables. Your role will involve deepening sector expertise, enhancing client engagement through market analysis, and identifying strategic growth opportunities. Additionally, you will contribute to high-impact initiatives such as Analyst Briefings, Growth Webinars, Best Practices Research, and customized client engagements. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and conduct the delivery of market studies, best practices research, and strategic consulting engagements from inception to completion. - Design and manage research methodologies to develop client-focused solutions. - Collaborate with global teams to ensure a seamless and impactful customer experience. - Develop high-quality, insightful content aligned with client needs and industry trends. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field in the buildings industry. - A Master's degree or MBA is a plus. - 2-4 years of experience in engineering, construction, or technical roles within the buildings industry, or in research and consulting services related to building automation, lighting, HVAC, smart buildings, or smart cities.
