Job Description

Your Role
This role involves leading and delivering high-impact business and market research projects. The candidate will engage with clients to understand their needs, propose suitable research methodologies, and manage end-to-end project execution. Responsibilities include conducting market assessments, competitive benchmarking, industry analysis, and identifying strategic partners. The role also requires managing a team of analysts, mentoring new joiners, and driving operational improvements. In this role you will play a key role in:

Engage with prospective clients to understand and scope research requirements and propose most appropriate solution and methodology.

Conduct research and analysis across a wide range of assignments including market assessment & sizing, competitive analysis & benchmarking, industry/sector analysis, vendor/ JV partner identification, and business plans etc.

Lead a team of research analysts for project delivery

Regular client interaction and client management

Training & mentoring new joiners on research methodology and various databases and their application in the research work

Ability to scope, structure and deliver work with a clear visibility of timelines Mange assignments from Internal clients, clearly setting up their expectations and managing the deliverables within the team

Drive and Manage various key initiatives aimed at enhancing the operational effectiveness of the team and build its visibility

Your Profile

8 to 15 years experience in the business / IT market research industry

Experience in Research and Advisory domain

Any Industry/Sector knowledge would be an added advantage

Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills, great attitude and team player

Excellent presentation, negotiation, follow-up and closing skills

Understanding of IT domain would be Mandatory.
